WHITBY 鈥?The Town of Whitby is making a few changes to your services to slightly ease the pain of the coronavirus pandemic.Effective immediately, the town is increasing the four-bag limit to six bags for garbage collection and is waiving the requirement for garbage tags.It is also eliminating payment for parking at all metered on-street locations and in municipal parking lots. A teenager in Bowling Green has been feeding the homeless for four years, every Saturday and even on holidays.Ryan Depp, a Student at South Warren High School, created Ryans Making A Different Outreach in Bowling Green. Were all human and you know, whenever the world dark you need some light in it. Its just important to do whatever you can to help those in need because in the end we are all going to the same place so it is important to do what you can with the life that you have, said Ryan.This morning, he was in a parking lot downtown with the Waffled It food truck stanley cup handing out Thanksgiving meals to anyone in need who stopped by. Theyre basically my family now, a lot of these people. Ive known them for so long now and Ive heard all their stories. It really just brings your heart out when you start to hear it. So you just start to see these people like they are your own, said Ryan.Ryan created the outreach program when he was only 13 years old.Everett Dempsey, stanley tumbler a local, said this kind of generosity is essential to those in need. Well it helps because I stanley quencher have walked around here homeless myself, starved half to death if it wasnt for these people, its a good, its a godly thing. They do it for God.
